The Vineyard’s Virtual Stage is where you can view all of our digital content! See below for steps and best practices for streaming. We encourage you to log into Vineyard Theatre’s Virtual Stage prior to streaming to ensure you’re able to access the performance. Step 1: Click Here to get to The Vineyard’s Virtual Stage.
Step 2: Log in using the email and password you used to purchase your tickets. If you need to reset your password, do so here.
Step 3: Once you have logged in, you will be on the Virtual Stage homepage and see options for shows to view. Click on the show you have tickets to.
Step 4: On that show page at the top left in pink you will see a “Watch Now” button. If you do not have tickets to that viewing option you will see a “Buy Now” button instead.
Tips: If you know you have tickets and you are still seeing a “Buy Now” button – log out and log back in. To log out, click the profile icon in the top right corner and click sign out.
Using your computer to stream?
Browser: We recommend Google Chrome as your web browser for optimal streaming. For the best viewing experience, maximize your video screen.
Sync your Sound: We suggest a download speed of at least 25 Mbp per second is recommended to receive Ultra HD (1080p or higher) and HDR content. Sometimes a low or spotty internet connection can cause synchronization problems during a livestream. If this happens, the best option is to refresh your browser. Additionally, if your sound level seems low, try using headphones.
Using a tablet or smartphone to stream?
Visit the link provided in your email via the browser on your device and follow above steps. For the best viewing experience, maximize your video screen and turn horizontal.
Using your TV to stream?
Visit the link via the browser on your TV device or you can also cast / mirror the video from your computer or mobile device to your TV, via Airplay, Wireless Display, etc.
Captions are available for this show, you will be able to turn them on/off by clicking on Settings on the video player.
