He is the Associate Artistic Director of On The Verge Theatre Company-Santa Barbara, a New York Theatre Workshop 2050 Fellow, a Theatre Lumina company member. He has collaborated as an associate/assistant with Regina Taylor, Tyne Rafaeli, John Rando, Oliver Butler, Jose Luis Valenzuela, Helena Kaut-Howson & Kathryn Hunter.
