MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

  • Booking Tickets Policy
    You will be notified when member tickets go on sale via The Grapevine newsletter. You will have at least 10 days to make your reservation before tickets are available to the general public. Of course, you can still reserve later, but we encourage members to take advantage of this priority booking period do you will always get the best seats.
  • Confirmation Policy
    Booking tickets online is the fastest way to confirm your seats. Reservations made online, by phone, or in person during Member Service hours are confirmed at the time of order. If reserving via phone or email during the first week of member booking, we are very busy, so please be patient. Requests made via email or voicemail will be confirmed within 3 business days, by phone or email. If more than 3 days pass and you have not received a confirmation, please call the box office at 212-353-0303 during Member Service hours.
  • Member Service Hours
    Member Services correspond to the box office schedule (typically 1:00-6:00pm, MOnday-Friday). Hours may change according to the production schedule for each show.
  • Ticket Pick Up
    All tickets will be held at The Vineyard Box Office, and we request that you pick them up at least 15 minutes before curtain. If tickets are not claimed by this time, you may forfeit your seat. If you are unavoidably delayed, please contact the Box Office to let us know.
  • 24-Hour Ticket Exchange
    Members have the ability to reschedule their tickets for another show date – with 24 hours advance notice – once per production.
  • Refunds Policy
    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Vineyard Theatre memberships, member tickets, member guest tickets and single tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to exchange your tickets for another performance date, you may return your tickets to The Vineyard as a tax-deductible donation. We ask that you please notify the Box Office AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR to your originally scheduled reservation if you intend to donate your tickets for tax credit. we are unable to turn tickets into donations after the performance has happened.
  • Missed Shows Policy
    If you reserve a ticket and fail to show up for the performance without notifying the Box Office 24 hours before curtain, your ticket will be forfeited for the run of the show. If this ticket is a Flexible, Theatre Artist/Under 35, or Guest ticket, it is non-refundable – all sales are final. We understand that emergencies occur, so if you miss a show for a reason that is beyond your control, please call the Box Office and we will try to accommodate your situation. Member tickets are not transferable from one show to another. Memberships are only valid during the current season.
