Other projects include Daniel Fish’s installation ETERNAL, Fish’s HOUSE FOR SALE, and arena events for His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Andrew has been recognized by Apple for “Outstanding Achievement in Film” and recently received a grant from Google to develop new approaches to interactive video at NYU’s Tisch, where he also teaches.

Andrea Lauer

Andrea Lauer (Costume Design) is a costume/set designer and stylist, as well as a multimedia artist working with clothing and interactive, responsive technologies. Her recent design credits include Broadway’s BRING IT ON, AMERICAN IDIOT (Broadway and touring productions), STREB’s: Forces and the 2012 London Cultural Olympiad, in addition to theatrical, dance, and opera productions in New York and around the country. Lauer is also a stylist for various artists, musicians and publications. Her work can be seen in Rolling Stone, Vogue, Interview, OUT Magazine, the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards, the Tony Awards, red carpet events, music videos, and promo shoots.

Michael Mayer

Michael Mayer (Book, Director) is very happy to be back at The Vineyard where he started working 20 years ago as the first recipient of the Daryl Roth Creative Spirit Award. He is currently represented on Broadway with the Tony Award-winning Best Revival, HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH. He received the Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle awards for his production of SPRING AWAKENING, which also played in London, Vienna, Tokyo, and Seoul. His other Broadway credits include: AMERICAN IDIOT (Drama Desk Award for Direction); EVERYDAY RAPTURE; SIDE MAN (Tony Award/Best Play); THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE (Tony Award/Best Musical); A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE (Tony Award/Best Revival); YOU’RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN; and TRIUMPH OF LOVE. Peter Lerman

Peter Lerman (Book, Music & Lyrics) is making his Off-Broadway debut with BROOKLYNITE. He has written THE SACRED HARP, a musical which was presented at the Disney/ASCAP Musical Theatre Workshop and the Musical Theatre Factory. For his work in theater, Peter has won the Stephen Sondheim Young Artist Citation Award, a Dramatists Guild Fellowship, the Jonathan Larson Award from the American Theatre Wing, and the Kennedy Center-ACTF Musical Theater Award. Peter has written music for television including the Emmy Award-winning comedy “Modern Family” on ABC. He is a graduate of Columbia University where he wrote music and lyrics for the Columbia Varsity Show.
